About the SIG
The goal of the PSMA Leadership SIG is to provide an opportunity for the leaders of our member corporations to network and discuss a variety of topics that pertain to managing our businesses. We wish to focus on areas that are a concern to our businesses and as well as areas that we can collectively work together to improve.
Benchmarking is a key concept in our group. We often compare methodology between firms to better understand how each company is improving performance and efficiency.
